Full description of workshop:

Equality and Diversity: thinking about unconscious bias

John Lynch and Beth Thomas-Hancock have run very well received unconscious bias training for TKATstaff over a number of years. This session specifically for governors will help local governing bodies use appropriate support and challenge in the 4 areas delegated to them to ensure schools are thinking about unconscious bias as they promote equality and diversity.
